Oregon held a statewide general election on
November 3, 2026.
Key Dates
Voter registration deadline: October 13
Counties began mailing ballots to active voters in Oregon: October 14
Last recommended day to return ballots by mail: October 27
Last day to return ballots using a drop box: November 3 at 8 p.m.
Last day for counties to receive valid postmarked ballots by mail: November 10
Last day to resolve ballot challenges: November 24

Election Results & Ballot Return Counts
Election results are unofficial until they are certified. Oregon law requires post-election audits in all counties following primary, general, and special elections before the results are final (ORS 254.529). You may view unofficial returns and results as ballot processing continues.
- Unofficial ballot return data is
available now and is updated every business day. The data in this report is fluid and changes as ballots are received and processed.
- Unofficial results are available at
results.oregonvotes.gov and will be updated at regular intervals.
- Final election results will be certified and made available on December 10.

All active registered voters were mailed a ballot containing the relevant candidates and measures based on the residential address on their voter registration. Statewide races were on every ballot, which included the races for Governor and U.S. Senator this year. There were no statewide ballot measures on the ballot this election.
Party affiliation does not impact the contents of general election ballots.

How Do I Track My ballot?
It takes time for your ballot to travel through the mail to you, and for returned ballots to be processed and signatures verified.
There are two ways to check the status of your ballot:
- You can sign up to receive notification updates about your ballot from outbound to accepted at OregonVotes.gov/track.
- OregonVotes.gov/MyVote will have information including:
- If your ballot has been sent, the page will display a mailed date.
- If your ballot has been received, the page will display a received date.
- If you returned your ballot and do not see a date yet, please check back.
