2025 Special Elections Voters’ Pamphlets

The Secretary is committed to serving limited English proficient voters by translating voter information for special county, city, and district elections. Translated voters’ pamphlets for elections held in 2025 will be available online prior to the election’s voter registration deadline.

Translation Advisory Council

The Translation Advisory Council advises the Oregon Secretary of State on voter pamphlet translations. The Council participates in a process of community validation, also known as community testing, to ensure translated materials are culturally responsive.
