The Oregon Campus Voting Challenge is a nonpartisan initiative that supports and recognizes Oregon’s college and university campuses that are committed to increasing nonpartisan student voter participation and civic engagement.
The Oregon Campus Voting Challenge is conducted in partnership with the nonpartisan
ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge (ALL IN), a national nonpartisan nonprofit that works to improve nonpartisan civic learning, and voter participation. The competition is open to any post-secondary higher education institution.
Participants are eligible for
various awards through the challenge. The Secretary of State’s office will recognize the 2026 Oregon Campus Voting Challenge Award recipients in May 2027.

You can join the Oregon Campus Voting Challenge if your institution isn’t already participating
on this page. There is no cost to participate.
By joining the challenge, your campus commits to: - Increasing student voting rates
- Convening a nonpartisan campus-wide working group
- Engaging with data
- Developing and implementing a nonpartisan
action plan.

When you join ALL IN, you commit to developing a nonpartisan civic engagement action plan—a living document that outlines your campus goals, strategies, and tactics for getting students engaged.

ALL IN has three action plan submission opportunities during each two-year election cycle. The 2026 action plan submission opportunities are: - December 15, 2025
