A confirmation page is presented after successful submission of a filing in the
Oregon Business Registry (OBR).
Messages
"Your filing has been submitted for processing" indicates the filing needs to be reviewed by a customer service representative.
"Your filing has been processed" indicates no review was required and the filing has been completed.
Payment
You may print the payment information shown on this confirmation page to use as a receipt.
You will also receive a receipt via email from the payment processor. The receipt will be sent to the email entered on the payment pages.
Acknowledgement Email
An acknowledgement will be sent by email when the filing is completed. A copy of the filing containing a "file stamp" will be attached.
