​A confirmation​ page is presented after successful submission of a filing in the Oregon Business Registry​ (OBR).

Messages

​"Your filing has been submitted for processing" indicates the filing needs to be reviewed by a customer service representative.

"Your filing has been processed" indicates no review was required and the filing has been completed.

Payment

​You may print the payment information shown on this confirmation page to use as a receipt. You will also receive a receipt via email from the payment processor. The receipt will be sent to the email entered on the payment pages.

Acknowledgement Email

​An acknowledgement will be sent by email when the filing is completed. A copy of the filing containing a "file stamp" will be attached.
