Security Copy Depository

The Security Copy Depository offers security microfilm storage for Oregon state agencies and local governments. The depository ensures key records can be replaced quickly in the event of a disaster. The depository is housed in the State Archives' secure, climate-controlled vault.

The Security Copy Depository is operated by the Information and Records Management Unit.

Storage Charges

Charges for storing microfilm:

• $10 per biennium for up to 6 reels
• $20 per biennium for up to 13 reels
• $1.49 per reel per biennium for 14 or more reels

Invoices are sent July 1, beginning of biennium.
