Rowena Crest Overlook, at an elevation of 747 feet, offers visitors a commanding view of the river. This perspective looks east showing the bluffs on the Washington side across the river to the north and Interstate 84 tracing the south bank to the right. The geography flattens considerably looking to the distant east. (
