New Temporary Rule:
Paying for Measure Arguments by Cash or Check
People filing measure arguments for the Voters' Pamphlet now have an alternative to paying by credit card. To submit a measure argument, attach it as a Microsoft Word document along with the SEL 405 Form (PDF) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can pay the required filing fee using check or cash. The State Elections Division must receive your payment by 5 p.m., Aug. 26, 2014 for the measure argument to be printed in the Voters' Pamphlet.
