National Voter Registration Act
Page Content
In 1993 the U.S. Congress passed the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA). This law requires state-funded agencies providing public help or serving people with disabilities to incorporate voter registration into their services.
Information here will help agencies in Oregon follow this federal law. The resources to the right explain how NVRA works and provide forms necessary to follow the law.
Use the Agency Voter Registration Reporting Form below to submit your monthly reports to the Oregon Secretary of State. If you have
questions, please contact your agency coordinator or the Elections Division.
