​​​Your entity cannot be renewed because the status is Inactive.

If the entity was administratively dissolved by the Corporation Division, you can "reinstate" it to bring it back to Active status.

If you'd like to have reinstatement papers mailed, please provide the following information and submit. The reinstatement will be mailed within five business days. You will then need to complete the forms and send them to the Corporation Division with the appropriate fee.
