Oregon Employment Department's modernized system is Frances* Online

The Oregon Employment Department’s new system, Frances* Online, supports both unemployment insurance (UI) and Paid Leave Oregon.

Beginning the third quarter in 2022, Frances Online replaced the Oregon Payroll Reporting System (OPRS) and the Employer Account Access (EAA) portal.

The system started supporting the Statewide Transit Tax (STT) and Paid Leave Oregon contributions in the first quarter of 2023.

Frances Online is used to:
  • Easily update your account information, manage account access, and connect your clients to your account.
  • File and amend combined payroll reports, and find your tax rate and those of your clients.
  • View letters sent, and send and receive secure messaging.
  • Provide more to come!​
