Higher Education: Public Universities

Oregon’s public universities are educational, scholarly and research centers that serve the needs of Oregon students and communities and prepare students for success in the workforce. Seven Oregon public universities provide education at the baccalaureate level and above: Eastern Oregon University in La Grande; Oregon Institute of Technology, Klamath Falls and Wilsonville; Oregon State University, Corvallis and Bend; Portland State University, Portland; Southern Oregon University, Ashland; University of Oregon, Eugene; and Western Oregon University, Monmouth.
