(Oregon State Archives Photo) The Columbia Gorge Discovery Center is the official interpretive center for the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. Exhibits interpret Ice Age floods, 13,000 years of cultural history, Lewis and Clark, the Oregon Trail, transportation, agriculture and commerce of the region. Native plant restoration and live raptor programs promote conservation and stewardship.
Open seven days a week, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
