Oregon Legislative Assembly 1964-68
The Law Improvement Committee, established in 1963, supervised the Substantive Law Revision Program which covered probate law, forestry law and insurance law. Advisory committees were established for these major projects. The Advisory Committee on Probate Law Revision was appointed to revise the current probate law. It met jointly with the Oregon State Bar Committee on Probate Law and Procedure for the majority of the meetings. The revised probate code was enacted by the 1969 Legislative Assembly.
