The Oregon Bulletin is published by the Oregon State Archives, a division of the Oregon Secretary of State's office.
With our migration to the new Oregon Administrative Rules Database (OARD), the Oregon Bulletin will no longer be displayed in HTML format. It will be provided here in PDF only.

Important Update

The new OARD launched Oct. 2017. For Rules Coordinators and Rules Writers, this means a new way of filing rules with our office: File Administrative Rules and Notices Online.
