Public Records Request

Under Oregon’s Public Records Law (ORS 192.410 – 192.505) the public has the right to inspect and copy certain public records maintained by the Audits Division. The law also says certain records kept by the Audits Division are confidential by law and so exempt from public disclosure (ORS 192.501​).

Reports from 1997 to present are available online using the Search State Audits and Reviews page. The records retention for audit documentation is 7 years.
