The Oregon State Archives is located in the Cecil L. Edwards Archives Building at 800 Summer Street NE in Salem, Oregon.

The public entrance is located on the Summer Street side.

The loading dock is located on the Capitol Street side.

Note: The Archives is open by appointment. To order records, please submit our online request form or to schedule an in-person appointment contact us at 503-373-0701 (option 1) or Reference.Archives@sos.oregon.gov. Appointments are available Monday – Friday, 8:15 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. (excluding holidays).
