Trade Marks in the State of Oregon I respectfully request
that you will file and record the following.  The same
being a fac					simile of a
label which					it is my inten-
tion to use in					the manufacture
and sale of a 					certain medi
cine called J.					Hankins Ca-
tarrh Remedy					the main fea-
tures of which are the words "J Hankins Catarrh Remedy"
